Open Positions
Veterinarian
We encourage DVMs of all experience levels to apply! Our practice would be a wonderful place to call home for doctors of all interests. Our current doctors enjoy spinal manipulation, other alternative medicine, dentistry, surgery, dermatology, and more. Our typical surgeries range from spay/neuter and mass removals to cystotomies and orthopedics. We also collaborate with our community Stray Animal Fund Endeavor, a program that takes in strays from the community, houses them, cares for their medical needs, and adopts out unclaimed adoptable pets!

- Schedule: We offer a fixed 4-day work week and 1 Saturday a month with no on-call.
- Compensation: Let’s talk! Lay out your expectations upfront. We consider each candidate individually, taking into account their skills and experience, to offer compensation that allows you to live comfortably.
- PTO: 3 weeks vacation/sick days that we don’t make impossible to use!
- Management: Maintain an open line of communication with your leadership team. You will be heard and taken seriously!
- Continued Education: Ample CE allowance and FREE internal CE opportunities, including wet labs!
- Professional growth support: Medical autonomy, support of new implementations brought to the practice, workshops, and retreats dedicated to professional development.
- Mentorship: We offer a 6-month+ hybrid program customized to new grads based on their competencies and clinical and non-clinical development needs. An onsite dedicated mentor is with you every step of the way!
- Helping Hands: Have an adequate number of skilled support staff by your side, with a 1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio. Focus on your patients, and let your techs do what they do best!
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, company-paid short-term disability, 401(k), and Roth(k). If enrolled, a monthly stipend to cover your individual health insurance premium is also included.
- We’ve got you covered: Liability coverage, State Licensure dues, DEA Registration, AVMA and state VMA memberships, and any other associated memberships will also be paid for should they become due during employment.

Vet Tech Externship
The clinic is equipped with digital radiology equipment, an ultrasound machine, and an in-house laboratory to allow quick turnover on most bloodwork, fluid sample analysis, growth/tumor cytology, etc. We are equipped to perform a variety of dental procedures as well as general surgeries and some advanced surgeries.
Requirements/Qualifications
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Veterinary Technician School
Externship
The clinic is equipped with digital radiology equipment, an ultrasound machine, and an in-house laboratory to allow quick turnover on most bloodwork, fluid sample analysis, growth/tumor cytology, etc. We are equipped to perform a variety of dental procedures as well as general surgeries and some advanced surgeries.
