Dr. Nokes was born and raised in Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison-Veterinary College in 1998. He then moved across the country to Washington State where he practiced small animal medicine until recently moving back to Wisconsin to settle in and be closer to family. He enjoys all parts of small animal veterinary medicine but particularly takes an interest in surgery and ultrasound. Away from the clinic, you will find Dr. Nokes enjoying the great outdoors — hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, gardening, and yard work.

Dr. Kyle Ruedinger

DVM

Dr. Kyle Ruedinger graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. He has lived in Wisconsin for his entire life. He enjoys caring for our animal patients and working with clients to find the best care plan for them and their beloved pets. When not working at the clinic, he spends most of his time working or playing outside and partaking in various activities such as hiking, running, biking, and also traveling when possible. He enjoys any outside physical labor but especially appreciates vegetable gardening. Dr. Kyle lives with three cats (Clover, Gonzo, Willow) and one dog, Winter, who are all rescues.

Dr. Pat Mahoney
DVM

Dr. Pat Mahoney is “failing miserably at retirement” and truly enjoying returning to do what he loves!

Dr. Pat moved to Neenah in 1979 to buy his own veterinary practice. After 36 yrs as an Owner / Dr he sold his practice to retire. After exploring new “careers” as a bank courier, a Starbucks barista, and building homes as a Habitat Senior Crew volunteer, his passion for pet practice veterinary medicine drew him back.

Dr. Pat’s areas of interest include feline medicine, wellness care for dogs and cats, geriatric / hospice care, and shelter medicine.

He lives in Neenah with his wife Kathy, 3 dogs, and an exceptionally patient big house-cat. 3 Step-children, 6 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and another on-the-way, live in other states.

Part-time hours at Wolf River Veterinary Clinic allow Dr. Pat to continue service club and non-profit activities and enjoy bicycling and photography too. Watch out for his Dad jokes! 🙂

“Practicing with the team at Wolf River VC fuels my pursuit of applying lifelong learning, new knowledge, and new technologies for the benefit of our patient’s quality of life. I am so happy to be part of this practice team.” – Dr. Pat
